Managing and supporting others

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. This track explores managing others, building on the awareness of your own strengths and weaknesses, and those of your team. It then looks at building techniques to mentor, coach and motivate others.
