Getting What You Expect from Your Delegate

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. To delegate tasks and responsibilities successfully, you’ll need to do a lot more than just choose someone to hand out assignments to; that is only the first step. To achieve good delegation results, you’ll also need to provide the right level of supervision, feedback, and encouragement. In this course, you'll learn how to direct and motivate your delegates so they can take on new responsibilities with confidence. You'll explore how to identify and avoid engaging in negative or demotivating behaviors. You'll also learn how to respond when things go wrong and provide constructive criticism.
