Planning Your Growth as a Leader

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. Managers and executives, and people who expect to become managers and executives, need to know the businesses they’re in. But to be effective, they also need skills common to all leaders. They need a plan for developing and continuing to develop those skills throughout their careers. Leadership isn’t a state you achieve and then you’re done – it’s a process of growth and experience that requires continuous training and development.
