Making calls, Organizing contacts & Using voicemail

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. Microsoft Teams allows you to make calls in order to communicate with your different contacts. In this course you are going to learn how to make audio calls, video calls and how to organize your contacts. It will also cover Teams' voicemail feature which is useful for leaving or recevieving voice messages if you or a contact isn't available. You will also learn how to share your screen to better illustrate yous calls.
