Using private messaging & call tools in Microsoft Teams 2021

Apart from conversing in channels, Microsoft Teams allows you to communicate privately with your colleagues in multiple ways. In this course, you will see how to send private messages to one or several people, as a group. All these messages and conversations can be easily managed. Along with messages, you will also see how to make audio and video calls. During these calls, you will be able to share content, use subtitles and even change your background. Finally, if your colleague is not available, learn how to leave a voicemail message.
